BURNNIE learns it’s okay to call upon a friend for a helping hand. We don't have to do everything on our own. God has given different gifts to each of us. When we work together, all these gifts are utilized to complete His purpose.

45 Compassion

BURNNIE learns an important life lession: "It's not about me." He shows compassion by being aware of and caring about the needs of others. The qualities of benevolence, good will, unselfishness and empathy are a recipe which leads to finding Cooper the lost dog.


Mark 12:31 "Love your neighbor as yourself."



It's okay to say "No thanks" when a friend wants you to hurt someone's feelings. It's important to respect the "No Thanks" of others. Respect and be respected. Even Jesus told his disciples "No Thanks" if they wanted his company, because he needed to leave to a quiet place by Himself.

Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.



BURNNIE is bothered by a bully, but friends help soften the put downs with words of encouragement. We can't always make the bully change to a butterfly, but we can learn to handle tough situations with patience and kindness.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.


42 Tech No Or Yes

Using manners shows respect for others. Being polite is a nice way to put a smile on someone's face. BURNNIE learns the importance of manners at a tea party and from two fantastic singing groups; Personal Praise and Mogen's Heroes.

BURNNIE learns perfectionism is God's business. Since we can never be perfect, satisfaction can not be found in any task completed. But if we strive to be excellent, our heart is fulfilled in the knowing we did our best effort.

39 Wherever You Need Me

A volunteer strives to serve in a place, position, and project of need. BURNNIE has his own agenda when his firefighter dreams wake up to the reality of preparation, practice and patience before fighting the big fires.

38 Selfless

BURNNIE regulates and restricts the fun of friends with many rules only created to give him control at the Sweet Escape House mansion.

BURNNIE gives many excuses to avoid the effort of filling the Operation Christmas Child box. He learns to put the excuses in a box with many locks and just get the job done of filling up the box.?

36 Coins and Tunnels

Troy and BURNNIE become trapped in the basement when BURNNIE'S security system locks them in.

BURNNIE learns the important lesson to use things, but put value on people.

35 Dollars Make Sense

Get a "bang for your buck" as you shop wisely, save smart, intelligently invest, and don't hesitate to donate.

Recycling is simple to do with huge impact when done. BURNNIE learns to reduce, reuse, and recycle when creating a music video with 60 young friends.

How do you add sparkle and bling to the truth to make it more exciting and interesting? Add one BURNNIE and stretch slightly with exaggeration.

31 BURNNIE For Mayor

Troy tries his best to help BURNNIE succeed in his run for mayor. BURNNIE is not always one who listens to the advice of others, even though Mayor Huether of Sioux Falls offered great words of wisdom. Running for office is not as easy as BURNNIE thought it would be. Losing is even more difficult.

30 Bitter or Better

When life offers challenges BURNNIE learns there are choices to be made. Trevor teaches BURNNIE that only a positive attitude will help him conquer the obstacles of his newfound blindness.

BURNNIE thinks a thief stole Faith's antique bowl from the Fun and Games Shop. Becoming his own detective, BURNNIE moves in the wrong direction to solve the "crime."

BURNNIE is TOO worried he is going to lose his money. Several "Hare-larious" incidents teach BURNNIIE the difference between healthy fear and being a "worrywart."

27 Look What I Can Do

For BURNNIE, it's all about getting the attention. The demanding "Look at me," turns into catastrophe when BURNNIE has a mishap during a stunt.

26 Get The Job Done

BURNNIE finds it difficult to stay focused on completing a job before starting something new. When BURNNIE is too late for Johnny's appointment, he takes it upon himself creatively groom for his appearance on the TREGGLLUSIONS Show.

25 Turn The Light On

BURNNIE'S concept of "letting his light shine" is limited to buying a lamp. Through several mishaps and mistakes, he learns the light is inside us shining the correct example to others.

After spending too much money on an infomercial gadget, BURNNIE is informed being a giver is more rewarding than getting everything for himself.

A joke is only funny when everyone is laughing. BURNNIE tries to be a "put-down" comedian and wonders why he is the only one laughing.

Scripture Verse: James 3 3-4 A small rudder on a huge ship in the hands of a skilled captain sets a course in the face of the strongest winds and a word out of your mouth may seem of no account but it can accomplish nearly anything or destroy it.


22 Any Color Will Do

From China to Holland BURNNIE explores the world of diversity.

21 Boastful BURNNIE

An audience of hundreds attends BURNNIE'S highly promoted event of his grand illusion which proves less than advertised.

20 BURNNIE'S New Neighbor

A thief enters BURNNIE'S life and is on the run. When BURNNIE becomes the detective, he finds himself on a run away train.

19 BURNNIE'S Birthday

BURNNIE believes his birthday is a VIP ticket to having his way while ignoring the feelings of others.

17 Junk Food BURNNIE

BURNNIE loves to eat, but he isn't always careful with the foods he chooses. Throwing in a little exercise can be helpful, too!

16 The Winner

It is important to be happy for the one who won, even if we are the one who didn't; win. BURNNIE cheats to be a winner but learns we are all winners because God love us.

Scripture Verse: Romans 12:3 Don't think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves. Measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.


15 BURNNIE'S Banquet

Holidays are fun festivities to share with family and friends, unless, there is no joy in the process. BURNNIE turns to Chef Dominique when his attempt at preparing a holiday feast becomes work, worry, and not worth it.

14 That's Not Yours

BURNNIE understands taking something from a store without paying is not a good idea. But how about something SMALL just lying around? BURNNIE soon discovers if it's not yours, it's not for taking.

13 BURNNIE The Borrower

BURNNIE needs many items for his Mini Lights Festival, but borrowing is only best when the borrowed is brought back.

12 BURNNIE'S Newspaper

BURNNIE learns that telling the truth is always the method of choice even when trying to gain an audience of newspaper readers.

Scripture Verse: James 3:5 Our tongues are small too, and yet they brag about big things. It takes only a spark to start a forest fire. The tongue is like a spark.



BURNNIE discovers much responsibility is required to pamper the needs of a pet.

Scripture Verse: Genesis 1:26 People may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky. Over the livestock and all the wild animals and all the creatures that move along the ground.


10 BURNNIE'S Radio Catastrophe

BURNNIE'S enthusiasm in his new job causes carelessness and a loss of listening to important instructions.

9 BURNNIE'S Christmas

BURNNIE helps others discover the meaning of Christmas by offering the opportunity for others to give him a variety of gifts. His friends quickly explain the concept of giving also applies to him.

BURNNIE learns that a task completed in a hurry does not always end with an excellent result.

6 The Lemonade Stand

BURNNIE must learn to control his anger when customers do not care for his overpriced, very sour lemonade.

BURNNIE wants to be in a band, but is not interested in putting forth practice to gain perfection.

4 The Camping Adventure

BURNNIE soon learns that camping requires the loss of a few comforts and the need for careful planning.

BURNNIE is not interested in accepting advice when he plans to babysit for the first time with five very active boys.

BURNNIE tries to impress friends with fancy clothes expecting favors from all due to his newly acquired fashion style.

BURNNIE learns a joke is only funny if everyone thinks it's funny.
